Developer
We are looking for a talented .Net Developer with at least 3 years experience, preferably in an agency environment to join our team working on a range of varied clients. We are looking for a motivated individual who has excellent attention to detail, a flexible approach and a thorough attitude to work.
Required Skills:

3+ years ASP.Net – c# and VB.Net (.NET Framework version 2, 3.5 and 4)

3+ years SQL Server (2000, 2005 and 2008)

3+ years CSS, XHTML, JavaScript

Good knowledge of building and consuming web services

Good knowledge of using and understanding importance of source control

Experience of writing automated unit tests

Ability to properly comment and document all code
Candidates must have good knowledge of working with the following software:
Visual Studio 2005 – 2010
SQL Server Management Studio

We are looking for a person with excellent attention to detail; a flexible approach to working hours and who is a good team player.
Career progression would involve a more development orientated path, which could include Flash/Silverlight, mobile phone and web application development.
This role involves:

Taking output from the design process producing the XHTML and CSS required to render pages as they have been designed.

Testing pages across a range of browsers and platforms to ensure consistent presentation.

Building, testing and maintaining content for client sites using our in-house Content Management System.

Updating content and templates on existing client sites.

Building, testing and sending email campaigns for clients using our in-house email campaign software.
Required skills:
Good working knowledge of XHTML and CSS.
Desirable skills:
Javascript; JQuery/AJAX; DOM; Photoshop and WAI standards.
Desirable skills:
ASP.NET/ VB.NET (Framework 2+); Android or iPhone platform development; Flash/ Actionscript development; Silverlight development.
